Live Product Lead Times
Most of our live items cannot be kept in stock and as such have a lead time between 1 to 5 working days. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and if the products are available they will be sent straight away.
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way. Due to the complexities in manufacturing living creatures, there can sometimes be issues with sourcing items. In these instances we will contact you immediately to make sure you are aware.

Non-Live Products
We endeavour to ship all non-live items as soon as possible from Monday to Friday. When combined with our DPD Premium Shipping service, these items should arrive as detailed above.
Orders containing both live and non-live items will be shipped on the live product schedule and consist of the same shipping options detailed above.
We offer free collection if items are in stock (please call ahead to confirm).
All bee orders will be delivered by our courier partner, APC, on the relevant delivery date you have selected.
We are unfortunately unable to ship any of our items to the following areas:
Anywhere outside the UK, including The Republic of Ireland
The following areas are unfortunately excluded from our DPD shipping service for all live items:
Northern Ireland, South – West Scotland, Aberdeen, Jersey, Kirkwall, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Islands, Falkirk, Perth, Inverness, Paisley.
Any premium shipping on orders to these locations will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Tracked Service.
